Library

Our Library is a 21st century multi-purpose space where there may be several activities occurring simultaneously, all day long. The Library belongs to the whole school, hosting curriculum classes, extra-curricular activities and events for students, parents and community. It is a place to learn, study, relax, reflect, think and create.

Computers in the library

Students have access to quality physical and digital resources in a safe and comfortable environment. Students are welcome to browse and borrow from our extensive range of fiction, non-fiction and magazines and to make use of computers for assignment work during recess and lunch. The library supports learning and research by providing subject library guides and collations of digital resources.

Using Library Resources

The middle area of our Library is a space where senior students can really focus on their HSC studies during their study periods and make the most of our comprehensive range of Preliminary and HSC Study Guides.

Our Distant Education students also utilise this space as their lessons are delivered online and for telephone access with their teachers at Finigan School of Distance Education.

The Library has a current and extensive range of resources that is continually being updated and revised. There is a high level of student reading and borrowing.

Opening Hours 8.45 – 3.45pm. Monday to Friday.

Lunch and Recess daily for students to work on their assignments.
